GENERAL INFORMATION
- The Sac-Joaquin Section softball postseason determines playoff teams via league placement/finish (leagues with 6 or more teams receive 3 playoff teams, leagues with 5 or less teams receive 2 playoff teams). Additionally, the top nine leagues by postseason winning percentage over the last three years receive an extra playoff berth. Those teams are then divided into divisions by enrollment. The top teams then qualify for the CIF Northern California Regional Tournament.
